One to One Behaviour and Training Consultations
A face to face consultation which usually takes place at your home and lasts 2 to 3 hours.
Prior to the consultation we will email you a brief questionnaire to complete so that we can obtain key information prior to the meeting. We will then contact you to confirm the fee (dependent on any travel costs) and arrange a mutually convenient time and date for the consultation.
Consultation Fee £99
which includes a face to face consultation of up to 3 hours, a full written report , a follow up video call and email/phone support. Further home visits can be arranged if required at additional cost.
Any applicable travel costs will be as per T&Cs
The structure of a consultation is as follows:
- A thorough history is taken and your dog will be observed for the behaviours discussed, including outdoors if appropriate.
- A detailed explanation of our diagnosis of the cause of the problem behaviour and our recommended programme to reform the behaviour.
- We will provide a hands on demonstration of the techniques and how to use any equipment recommended so that you can start the plan straight away.
- We will ensure that you are comfortable with the tools and techniques to be used and that it is practical and achievable for you and your dog.
- A report detailing what was discussed during the consultation, including diagnosis and our recommendations on the action required, will follow by email.
- A follow up video call to monitor progress and if necessary, adapt the plan and techniques will be scheduled.
- Further home visits can be arranged if required.
Enough progress is usually made during the initial visit for further visits to be unnecessary however, phone/email back up is included and further home visits can be arranged if required. We encourage clients to keep in contact and discuss any issues or concerns they may have at the earliest opportunity.
